Honestly, I think it's rubbish. They're not restricted at other GPs, although all photos and videos of the races become Formula One Management's property.
I'd like to see them try to stop one of Sutton's or F1 Racing's photographers by mistake.

Qatar will be hosting the opening round of the MotoGP season under the floodlights tonight. The race starts at 1am for the 125cc class, 2.15am for the 250cc class and 4am for the MotoGP class (Singapore time).
