You go clubbing mainly to:
01. Park alongside the bar counter and check out the crowd.
02. Walk up to a girl and get her number.
03. Drink to your heart's content.
04. Buy a girl a drink and get her number.
05. Dance to the bass.
06. Swing up next to a girl on the floor and get her number.
07. Immerse in the loud music and flashy lights.
08. Employ tactical moves round a new girl and get her number.
09. Kill boredom and enjoy yourself.
10. Ask a new girl out for supper and hopefully, get her number.

Btw, CB not very good nowadays... music getting sucks and more and more xiao di di and xiao mei mei...

The place's packed to the brim. My fren tried to get in ard midnight, but couldn't beat the long queue.
Agreed, ChinaBlack is seeing more n more young clubbers in her premises and there has been the occasional comparison of ChinaBlack to Dbl O.
However, there are some pros of a young dance crowd. To start, they tend to be more happening. Some of their dance moves are sexier and are definitely more visually-enticing...
They're also more responsive to the rhythm and crowd sentiment.
A more mature crowd tends to be more 'wary' of their surroundings (i.e. wary of the eyes on them) and hence, can't proverbially 'let their hair down' and truly enjoy the music, though there are some exceptions.
Madam Wong's and ChinaBlack are my usual spots. Haven't been to Devil's and Velvet though... -

Oh man, the crowd is always unpredictable... you can see long queues till late midnight on fridays and at times, no queues at as early as 10pm on saturdays...
CB is always attract young crowds as the age limit is only 18 unlike few years back b4 it renovated. The age limit was 23, the crowds were more mutured and the music were better...
Haha... maybe we should organise a gathering at CB. All bros and sis here can makes friends too!!!
