  hey, just wondering, how would u tell the person u like or love him/her, by saying it straight forward or by giving some hints?

  Grab the opportunity when it's right. I hate to be rejected so if the girl exudes positive body language then it's time to move in for the kill Else I just lie in wait for the right opportunity through hints, a little of both if you may say so.

  That's a great idea! apply both. what happend if u meet a person that changes their mind frequantly? and it is soooo hard to tell wat they feel about u?

  I feel that eye contact is very important.
  
  You can try to look at her more often and when she look back and maintain an eye contact with you for a while, you smile at her. If she response by smiling, boy u have a chance there.
  
  If first time not comfortable to approach her, do the eye contact thing for a few more times(not within the same day). You must really walk up to her and introduce yourself/talk to her. If not, u can keep smiling at her forever.

  First u must be certain the feeling is mutual cos if not, the person will start to avoid u.
  To determine whether he/she likes u- study his/her body language. Also if he/she takes every opportunity to be near u/ enjoys chatting with u
