  My gal colleague once nose bleeding...she say "Shit, blood..."
  Another gal and I stood up from our work station aft hearing her say got blood. I then laugh....
  I saw the other gal from the next work station offering her a tampon....

  I think its pretty common nowadays.. Nothin to feel paiseh about buying pad.. Sometimes she got menstral cramps, cannot walk, I got to do the buying no choice...

  My bf have no problems buying my tampons for me. I dunno but I think having yr period is like normal and commmon and nothing to be shy about
