  Actually, they can.. Lolz.
  In the newpaper, there was an article about a boy who got his penis cut off during circumcision.. So they decided to raise him up as a girl instead. But he found out about it and wanted to become a boy again... So they ermmm.. did some operations and he managed to get 2 children I tink.. Yea and enjoy a normal sexlife..
