Divorce In Singapore!!!

Well....I'm starting this trend to find out whether If a couple decided to go on their separate ways.... and if the case goes to court...Does the guy need to give all....Properties (Car, House.....etc)... I know that Singapore Government supports the females more than males and females are taking this for granted!
I've seen this with my own eyes....My present colleague... Well she had her reasons for divorce...(Actually married a Rich guy) and had 2 kid with him...Now she wants a divorce and that she wants all his property sighting the 2 childrenÂ’s as and example!! She has already got his house... which is a Bungalow and his car and now she's fighting for half of his wealth which is his generation wealth!!
Is this what Singapore girls after....Money and wealth? I pity the guy as I know him personally and he is now totally down!
Is Singapore Girls really after Money and Wealth? This is just one example IÂ’m referring here out of many I have seen personally!!
What do you thing? -

if the guy is so scared of losing his wealth to a divorce. both parties can sign a pre-nuptial agreement tt will keep each other from 'touchg' each other's money.
in most cases, its always a clean cut. cept for the occasional home to sell there aernt many complications as both parties want it overn done with asap.
in your frens case. the gal wants alimony and/or child support. its the father's resposiblity too as those r his kids.... as for askg for most of his generation's wealth... sh mite jus b out for revenge... or she mite b a money grubber... -

since she already bore him 2 kids... shouldn't be cruel as in divorce wanting his assets right?
well.. its just one of such cases.. theres alot but doesn't mean ladies really materialistic.. for this case, i think theres some problems lie in them which make the woman so cruel (want him dead like that) -

yah i know money's never enough.. but can earn what, and the woman will thought of her ex husband's difficulties .. but why she still after his money now while she already have bung' and car~ -
Best thing is that he's paying monthly for the 2 kids and worst still she trying her best to prevent the kids from seeing his dad eventhough the court says he can visit them... Wicked!! Isn't!
What i know from him is that they had a quarrel over something like she wants to run their family business herself...I mean the guy's family bussiness now being run by him and his brothers and that he get too tensed that he slapped her and that's it!!
A small matter become big!!!

As far as i know, a woman can ask for half of the man's assets upon divorce if proven that the man is unfaithful or if its a mutually agreed divorce. A man need to give anything only when it's proven that the wife is unfaithful. -

I think there's this Hongkong case on a wife suing his businessman husband for millions of dollars (sing dollars).
That's already beyong reasoning and logic already.
What is there to justify that amount of money?

It's always dangerous who we choose! I guess if one is rich! The danger of girl getting into one's life for money is high! You can see for yourself with most of the actors and actress and all those rich people! Money makes the women go mad and drive the guys crazy!!
