  everyone is talking about this show, have not seen the show yet but I hear Jesus Christ was being caned from the start of the show till the end. Any comments.

  Actually, he was beaten up, whipped, scourged, spat and laughed at, crucified and left to die.
  
  There was a earlier thread about The Passion. But perhaps you should just go see it without preconceived notions.
