The point is not about protection, we all know enough about that anyways. The point is to keep society orderly. If everyone went around screwing each other at this age, we will not able to concentrate on our studies. The reason why only the boy is punished, is because he should have enough sense not to do it in the first place. So what if the girl said yes? So long as you screwed her, you go bye-bye. It's like the girl is just the lovely object on the shelf. Whether you want to take it or not is your decision. Don't say is your fault and hers just because she is so attractive that you want to steal her. Try saying that to the shop-owner aka parents next time you shoplift and see what you get. A guy may have his needs but he must also know how to exercise self-control. It's like in class, you have your need to go toilet but it also depends on the teacher, right? If the teacher aka Law is not happy, you gotta exercise some self-control
