  I would say unless you have a big frame, ie 6ft tall and broad shoulders, you could pull off having a D cup.
  
  But for our Singaporean gals, having a B - C cup is just nice.

  of all the designs that i've seen in the market....only 2 to 4 designs are nice..the others looks like those worn by grandmas....
  
  nice bras are only available to a max of C-cup...esp those that i like...
