hey man, wat is the meaning of that? or how can i be a moderator?

Moderator is a figure most ppl dislike in a forum...
he/she is a kpo, read ppl's threads, censor things tt he/she thinks shd not appear, closes threads when ppl flame until song song....da xiao bao gao to Admin........
when the forum is messy, he/she gets the blame.....
Mod no do his/her job....Mod is stoopid......
