Unnatural Offences
377. Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman, or animals, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to fine.
Ladies and Gents, what is your view on this? -
Maybe one day some lady might use it as extortion on their husband......

how will anyone ever know that someone has done it unless the participants tell the police? and which participant would be as insane to tell the police that, since it was voluntary..

as mentioned there was a case where a wife did it for her husband but later sued him for it to get back for being unfaithful to her. so voluntary or not, the guy will kanna if the gal complain.Originally posted by MooKu:crazy.

there was this interesting question: if tts the case, if its the guy doing for the gal (instead of the usual gal do for the guy), who is the guilty party? still the guy? or the gal?
sigh.. guys realli at the receiving end of everything. damn if we do. damn if we dont. think nex time b4 having any form of sexual activities wif gals mus make them sign contract 2 protect ourselves.
