xia0aii has a sggirls account. she also has a blog. she wants to upload pics to her blog so she uploaded her pics using sggirls and put it onto her blog.
fatal mistake. she should have used other free web hosting site instead of sggirls cos sggirls are visited by thousands. not sure whether she did it purposely or really don't know how to use other free web hosting site.
a SPH reporter who frequently surf sgforums came across this thread and wrote the article. since the article doesn't mention anything about her blog, i'm guessing the reporter read about it from this thread.
but the reporter is kinda late in reporting. this thread and pics at sggirls are uploaded in february but the article gets published only yesterday. 1 month late.
and strangely, despite the pics get published on newspaper, the pics are still on her blog. -

secondly, u can find those photos on blogspot and "friendster", which are for public to view too. since these photos did nt have any clause which states copyrights or no publishing without her permission thingy, the newspaper therefore can publish her photos.
