Although your heart and feelings would want things to speed up, there is no need to rush anything regarding a relationship, especially if you are serious.
Just spend time with him, and if there's really feelings between the both of you, you will find him reprociating.
But if you are not serious, and just want to have some fun, then just fool around. At the end of the day he don't want to continue, also nothing lost. Just make sure you don't get cheated
