Ask him to go shopping with you and let him pay and pay and see if he is willing to go bankrupt for you. If you really like him pay him back the money and if not take the stuff and run for your life. You have nothing to lose... that is the advantage of being a girl. why dun you make him have feeling for you instead of sitting there and guess it?
Ask him out, sms him, call him, if he likes you, he will meet you up and go out together, reply your sms asap, talk to you for hours. And if this happen, things will go smoothly.
If he doesnt like you, he will find excuses to avoid you when you ask him out. he will take half an hour to reply one simple sms, talking on the phone for 10 minutes he will start to find excuse to hang up. -

Well this does not apply across the board.. there are some guys who have never had a gf, very shy, or think that they are not good enough for you.
