  i think the best is after ur ns.. having a gf thru ns can be stressful.. cos ur partner may complain for not having enough time with u.. blah blah n all the nonsense.. eg. like mi.. i used to be like that.. but luckily mi n my guy "survived" thru that period..

  no leh... I still think u 15, studies come first leh... Wait till u older lor... like maybe in 5 yrs time... then meanwhile u can just make normal friendship with your partner... then 5 yrs time then propose to her...
