It's better to have more muscles than more fats right? completely no carb diet is not really gd for health... I suggest LESS carb diet with more vegetables. Can convert into a vegetarian, if worst comes to worst. At least you would be healthier anyway. Breakfast can just be an apple or a banana. i've been having cereal drinks for breakfast, a pack of corn flakes for lunch and mum's regular home cooked rice for dinner.. bought the Osim uZap too.. just started the routine last week but lost like 0.2kgs only.. kinda depressing.. any better means??
