yup thanks babe.. i ate tofu soup today.. the cambridge replacement meal thingy is disgusting.Originally posted by klishcia:Eat more for breakfast.
Instant campbell soup can be fattening, those with preserveatives are fattening and unhealthy cos of the chemical. It'll be better if you eat fruit, tau huay, veg salad with no dressing. Eat fresh food.
Dinner dont eat too much especially rice, drink soup. If possible, cut on your eating, drink replacement meal or make fresh fruit juice.
Girls are constently on diet. I've never tried cambridge but i saw their ad is only 137cal. Eat till you feel full not until your stomach going to 'explode', dont eat/drink sweet stuff, only when you really need it. Most importantly is exercise.Originally posted by yoghurt:yup thanks babe.. i ate tofu soup today.. the cambridge replacement meal thingy is disgusting.

there is no easy way out.Originally posted by klishcia:Though this is the cheapest and healthiest way to lose weight but it takes a long time.
sometimes up sometimes down is because of water weight in your body. there is no way you can lose 1 kg in 2 weeks HEALTHILY without exercising regularly and minimizing your intake of excessive carbs/fats.Originally posted by yoghurt:yup but like 1kg in 2 weeks. so slow.. kinda demoralising. i weigh myself everyday with a digital weighin scale. like sometimes up sometimes down.. no faster way?????
