i've been having cereal drinks for breakfast, a pack of corn flakes for lunch and mum's regular home cooked rice for dinner.. bought the Osim uZap too.. just started the routine last week but lost like 0.2kgs only.. kinda depressing.. any better means??
Don't eat too much for dinner cos at night we dont need energy. Dont eat too much rice/noodle.. Best will be drink soup /replacement meal for dinner. Its 3-5 small meals.. Eat more meal but the portion must be very little. I've been drinking fruit juice before i have my meal, after drinking the juice i'll feel full and wont eat too much esp for dinner. Plus some exercising.
