its always good to look your best, and then the girl might come or when you interact with them they will be a bit more shy shy thus give you a upper hand. But if we are talking about those super hot model type gals they will not come to you if you just stay handsome. Firstly everyday there are so many guys kissing their ass and also because gals like to throw test at men to see if he is a real man or just a handsome boy.
So be ready for the test.

Finally some1 raised this type of topic....
I am a guy whom have not had any girlfriends at all in my 19 yrs of life.. always failed so many times that wanna give up.. regardless i'm in pri sch or sec sch.. when i came to poly i tot i will find a gf, but false enough, still cant find any girls..
Of ALL the girls i know, 95% are attached, and most of the attached ones are those whom i like before ( when they already have bf).

It must be they r taken earlier... So during the start of the first day of sec sch/jc/poly/uni must start jio ing .... In fact sec 1 must start to jio liao otherwise will kena taken by others....

example: if you are going out or talking to the gal you like you must not set you goal as "I want to make her happy, I want to make her like me....blah blah blah" if you do this you are setting your goal on her which there are 1001 reason you can't control how she feel. It is good to set your goal where you are able to control inside of you
example: when you are out with a gal you like think of this what do you want, you want to have a good time, so tell yourself you are going to have a good time, just relax talk normally joke around and have a good time, laugh at her sillyness its cool as long as you enjoy yourself she will feel your energy, and not behave like a wussy "can i do this... can i do that..."
Remember why at time we don't dare to ask gal out is because we felt that the things we do are wrong and if so of course we will not do it all we did is to watch there gal walk by.... so sometime while we are learning how to ask gal out or get to know a gal, just keep your cool you must not have this thinking that there something up your sleve... you need not always must get the gal number before you feel you have success... all you need to do is to keep your cool just go up chat with her moreover she's in your sch whats the rush.... if while chatting ya felt is cool to ask then go ahead ask for her email/number...
another part is if 95% of the gals frens you know is attached, then be frens with them no need always show them you are a nice guys and hope one day they will fall for you STOP it right NOW! you are behaving like a wussy! Really be frens with them learn from them they can give you good advise (provided there are stable and mature ladies) and they can intro new gals to ya.
Remember
step 1 groom well (do not over groom or have a style that is fashsionable but make you look silly)
step 2 set you own standard of the kind of gals you wanna met (don't just fall for a gal just because she like you know your own standard have your own reasoning
Step 3 set your goal in places where you can control not externally (if you don't believe then ask yourself why are you still a vargin now?)
Step 4 GO OUT and MAKE A LOT ALOT OF MISTAKES trying chatting with gals you don't know, start calling gals and have dates.... your level will grow very fast
