  IMHO,
  I think the competition within our own race is tough enough to even decide, and there is no need to think any further if we can't even settle the problems that stem out from our own kind first.
  
  Assuming what if the singaporean is chinese against another chinese? Or anyhow, an indian against another indian for the similar girl in the similar race? Now that would be quite a competition now wouldn't it? All the qualities in discussion would be further elaborated and enhanced to eliminate the chances that each guy has with the girl.
