It used to be accidental, but nowadays, truth to the fact that there has been an increasing trend towards showing cleavage.
It could be partly due to the trends and standards set by the Western community and the ongoing expansion of public media. However, the idea suggested that they want to flaunt and have the thought of showing it off in the idea of attracting guys, well, I'm packing my bags and going to Singapore
Actually it's quite normal anywayz, that's the whole idea of flaunting in the modernization of the fashion world
