The Swedish Parliament has added to the countryÂ’s reputation for being sexually liberated by passing a law that makes looking up ladiesÂ’ skirts legal.
The motion was carried 332 to 17, reported ABC Online.
To celebrate the new law, the ParliamentÂ’s second floor was replaced with a glass floor.
Women were invited to stand on it, wearing their loosest, widest skirts, with or without underwear. Men were invited to bring their cameras, stand on the floor below and look up. -
