  The water tap in ur house is running... all you have is a plastic bag.... what do u do to prevent yourself from drowning?

  water tap is inanimate therefore it cannot run, even if it can run you wont drown since it running has nothign to do with you drowning unless the tap leaks or bursts.
  
  anyway runnig tap in your house not like cartoon where you can flood the house not to say drown lor
