  All around me I'm seeing my guy friends finding foreigners as their soul mates. Are SG girls simply too far from perfect as companions?

  NO.. it because ur guy friends are lousy wussy guys. so no local girls wan to date him. many guy haf no prob wif local girls. jus a handful of jerky sg boys haf pob wif sg girls.

  soulmate means the person no matter what flaws they have is perfect for you. I think you should change the word soulmates to either lover, girlfriend or watever.

  To be frank, I like Singapore gals but due to past experiences , somehow I prefer to be close to someone who I can open my heart to , be more open with that person and she does the same to me. Perhaps I haven't met that girl yet but if there is an Australian or American gal that suits me, I will have no hesitation to give the relationship a go.

  ppl being singles dont mean they cannot co-exist peacefully wif e other sex. It is not a mus to be attached in our society. e way u put it seems to mean those that are singles are definately not welcome by e other sex.

  Sg girls.. there r the good n the bad. No country's ladies r the same n perfect. It juz a general view tt SG ladies r more difficult to please. Whether or not who's more suited for u is up to ur own personal preference.

  it depends..if you can find the right one who knows..i have female frens who would make perfect companions for me,but we just share platonic relationships..

  Its called "expectations". Ur guy friends seem 2 hv higher expectations of sg gals than foreign gals. Tts cz there r many sg gals in their lives alrdy, if i may assume? Be it friends or past relationships.
  
  However, they noe less abt foreign gals, so they 1 2 find out n c how they r like.
  
  A simple analogy: U accidentally bumped ur foot against a low kerb, n it hurts like hell. Would u expect ur friend, or the strangers tt r walking around u, 2 comfort u?

  Lol. Sg Girls say that the guys have unrealistic expectations and The SG Guys say the girls have unrealistic expectations. It's so weird. There;'s plenty of hot single men/women in Singapore.
