  yes, guess singapore is just too hot for boots... i just returned from scandinavian europe after a job stint there... guess what? almost all the ladies on the street wear knee high black leather boots! some even wear thigh high boots for extra protection against cold! for those who likes ladies in boots that'll be a sight to behold... ha!
