Can anyone tell me how long do the female eggs survive after ovulation? -
Hmmmm... There is NO SPECIFIC duration on this. Depends on individual, could vary due to size, weight, stress level etc.

If you're asking about the peak period for fertilisation, once ovulation occurs its only about 48 hours (before the peak fertilisation 'window' closes)....case-to-case basis, some less, some more.
For most people, ovulation usually occurs 13-14 days after the first day of your period (also case-to-case basis).
I have to clarify....I'm talking about humans hor? Also, what kind of egg is not female?
