I hate outdoor! I tried b4, at Hdb, near the lift at 6 story, at jurong. Veri hard lah. I gan cheong till veri hard to "stand" leh. Then sometimes got ppl walk by somemore. Worse is veri stuffy! Havnt even do anything and we both sweat like hell!
Think indoor still better. If want look for more excitment, go hotel 81 aso quite romantic. -
why not the overhead bridge ...tape up everything but mosaic the faces...burn on cd and just distribute 50 or so put at random into the mailboxes of any HDB flat

But one good place can find in most new HDB estate..... Car Park @ new HDB flat, especially those that are built under the HDB flat.
I've tried that several times @ different car park.....exciting -

bring a mattress and lots of rubber.. do at the roof top.. after u do that "im the king of the world" thing like in a movie all ppl must have seen before... make sure no ppl got the access to that roof top.. and the sun not so hot

but nowadays mostly all flats' access to rooftops are locked. And well u can try the male toilet at level one of the Sijori Resort Hotel at Sentosa during the night, cos i tried it with my bf there as the security guard is sleeping and it was damn quiet there during the middle of the night!!
Or you can try the water hose or pipe room at new hdb which the rubbish chutes are outside one. its pitch dark and crampy but enough for 2 person whereby u have to do doggystyle, i tried that with my bf there too!!! its trilling when u actually someone coming over to throw rubbish!!! -
