  What if some one pretends to be disappeared, refusing to pay me the money?

  Seems this guy is not paying me the money, which he should pay two years ago.

   

   I asked him to pay in the first part of 2016 , but he always had reasons to postpone.

  And in the second half, he just pretended to be disappear, not replying me any message.

   

  I need the money indeed , what can I do?

  Write off as bad debt (expense).

  it's like paying to learn a lesson 

  but this is not lending money...... u are getting back what u deserved (i presume commission means u helped him sell stuff....)

  however if that person wanna play like tt, it's your bad luck 

  u can 死缠烂打 till he cannot tahan and pay u back

  msg him to arrange to meet, or say u going near his office to find him

  yes, I didn't lend him any money.

  We're not living in the same city you know, instead I am considering to expose him to the public.

  Maybe it will not be effective for getting the money, but let others know this person to avoid something.
