I am wondering this as right now we live in the edge of information technology. We have access to caveats lodged and know the recent transaction prices. Through online tools, we can find the average prices of the nearby units sold/rented out and compare ourselves.
Also, in recent times any Tom Dick and Harry is a property agent and the only difference between agents and non-agent is that they have the Propertyguru account. It is not like a doctor who is specialized in what they do and take years to become one. You can be an agent in 4-5 months if fast. Study the RES exam 2 months, wait for results 1 month and apply estate agency another 1 month.
Thoughts anyone?
True.
hmm should i apply for it ...
wait please no, jacking up a overinflated HDB, condo or Landed property isn't what i want. putting a high barrier cannot solve anything. property agents are something redundant.
and we certainly do not need charlize.
too expensive, not good, and very slow
Sometime we need them cause most of the time when the law changes we are not updated. They are.
wait ! too expensive.
