Wouldn't it be good if our free private clinic reimbursement remains even after we leave the company?
Seems like NTUC is pushing for it.
I hope this pulls through so I don't need to pay my private clinic consultation anymore.

if you pay the insurance, the policy goes with you wherever you go. If you company pay for it, you lose it when you are not with the company, why should they pay for someone who is not working for them? simple.
Now most company pay you an extra 1% salary, you buy your own insurance.
