Wah seh.
I was checking up on regulations I need to follow when I want to register for stuff, and then discovered got this high level Committee chaired by senior civil servants.
This article seems to say Permanent Secretary level - big or not?
They in charge of cutting red-tape and make life easier for Singaporeans. You guys heard of this committee before? Quite good leh, if can get Gahment to get rid of rules that don't make sense, to make life easier for us.
What are the unnecessary rules that cause a lot of UNNECESSARY pain and inconvenience to Singaporeans?
We can all chip in to share, and if got merit, we can get Gahment to see if can make life easier for us. Even if they have reasons to say 'no', at least got try. :D
is this your work?

I think the recent NEA rule that forbid tissue paper aunty from selling tissue for $1 unless she pays 120 dollar a year can get rid off.
$10 a day might be petty change to us, but it’s probably a lot to them.
So think gahment can change that rule.
Tissue paper peddlers are unlicensed hawkers, says NEA – Channel NewsAsia
Got what other rules. Make one solid long list, in future can ask gahment see if can change or not.
I help you roll ba using your example. Create enough jobs/opportunities so that aunties won't feel that selling tissues for $1 is the best option for them.
