Singapore - A smart nation

  There is a buzzword around about nations turning into smart nation, and singapore seems to be taking it seriously. Googling for "Smart Nation" would direct us directly to singapore. To support this concept, enormous research is being done which we can understand if we follow research conferences. 

  I just wished to know what this forum thinks about what is a smart nation? Lets share our views :D

  Smart nation?  Majority of Singaporeans are far from it.
