When I intern'd at a Singaporean company during university days, the staff turnover was so high because the general manager only saw staff as commodities to use. If the staff was buay song, she just told the person to scram.
And so, because the reputation become so horrid, she resorted to interns since they couldn't leave suddenly as it would impact their record at school. :/

That is bad. He portray bad image for company,
I do come across people ... charbor rejected by men or bad mood and so and so goes on spree to attack and name calling others. She gets very touchy when others voice out concerns on what happen in the surrounding. She tells people to get lost if not happy. I believe people like that is the one who is the most unhappy.

Frankly, i think the problem is women (especially sg women), not all but most majority. From my experiences, I noticed toxic behaviors exhibited by sg women. For sg women holding high post in the company, the culture is often extremely toxic. They create problems for others and than themselves. Not sure what kind of value system they hold on to, or what their parents thought them. They are often petty, touchy, and extremely high ego. Funny, because man should have higher ego than woman. But not the sg women, because she is narcissistic, self-entitled, greedy, and a terrible bully.
