I went shopping at DOrothy Perkins at Bishan, Junction 8, 9 Bishan Place, #01-25/26, S579837, served by cashier Nozielawati. i bought a dress 2 weeks ago, i tried it in the mall - it did not fit me well, hencei came back to the shop to change the size. the tag was still intact, 2 weeks later, i went back to the shop to buy a blouse, i wanted to use my fashion forward card but Norzielawati refused my card, she wanted my IC instead. and claimed they were going to stop using the card. i was even being told by the manager and the cashier that i cannot use the card ever again. why is that so? i see other people using the cards at the shop, and my card was being refused? it is not civil or fair that this has happened to me. i even asked if i was still a member and was told i am.. what happens if i forgot my ic? what is the use of the fashion forward card if i need to produce my ic when i need to use it? i am a regular customer there and yet i am being treated like this! bad service!
Everyone plays different roles in society, thus, there are various constants in Sgians, those who always listen music on the moving transport, those who attempt to sneak food aboard the transport, and those who always non-stop convo on the transport.
Sgians are recently very mindful very aware of others, and politeness towards others extend beyond transport frame, and you could always spot friendly staffers or support services staff going the extra mile.
Technology onset drastically shaped societal landscape, and masses of people could be seen as social support for one another, especially the ones using hp take pic of kind acts on transport services, or support services, or even ones starting social enterprises.
I ever see one guy in school uniform ate cup noodles in train, until a guy told him off .......
weird people.
It's normal. Be the change you wanna see in the world ! Cheers
Singaporeans don't care anymore. Like they only think of themselves.

Generally customer service is rated very low in sg.

This is actually quite true, especially at work these days.

True.
recently, someone told me that these days in sg employers take things for granted. Hire and fire or termination is common nowadays. True?
