Not a good idea perhaps? I still think it'll be a loss if we move over.

The funny thing I noticed many Chinese Malaysians work in the Account Departments as Accountants and Account Clerks though their English is not good but their Maths is good. They normally will claim overtime pay especially those staying in Singapore and once a week they return to Malaysia. They are happy with their remuneration packages.
It's really a turn off if they can't communicate in english though, I worked in the 2nd company and it really turned me off when they (malaysian chinese) can't communicate in english, and speak in their own accented chinese. For the entire month I've worked there I gave a black face whenever I'm with them because we can't communicate.
Even though I can speak (mandarin) but I still prefer our people (sg ppl) because I feel we have something in common to build/talk on.
