so to all others who aren't fortunate enough to live in private apartments or whatnot, how have you being having it living in HDBs so far? many many new HDBs and condos sprouting out from the ground now and all the funny new names for HDBs too lol they must be very interesting

hahaha we're in just about the same boat here bro... living under this bunch of pests that really don't seem to know how to behave even after 12 years and repeated talks, polite or relying on the authorities. looks like we'll be pushed out of our own homes sooner or later because nothing really works. damn wasted especially if your surroundings are pleasant

lol in my case it's not PRC it's malaysians. been living here for 12 years and they still cannot understand singapore HDB rules. everyone around us is so much quieter, even the filipinos and they're the only ones still up at 1am to maybe make some noise they haven't earlier. even dared to hang our flag on national day the wrong way lol but i'm not generalizing by nationality. they're just the sort that gives their fellow countrymen a bad name and i just had to live under them lol

the bloody fxcking indo maid makes noise everyday..... bang... bomp,. hammering, throw heavy objects, drag chairs and tables and so on ................... Beside the maid the blooody old lady, her sons and relatives also make hell of a noise. damn bloody sickening to have such arseholes as neighbours. complaint that involved the senior officers also cannot help solve the problem. She invited the officer in and they chat and officer said she did not make noise. The bloody bias indian bloody superintendent came meddling with the case and get platoon of his police kakia knocked on door early morning 5 am woke up family. Sick sick, all these under the rule of pap govt same sama sama jiak liao bee. only interested and capable to create more problems for residents.
Next dooor, the pariah indian neighbour everyday shouted at the dogs . Dogs bark loudly at night.
REcently called police for public nuisance. They agreed to help but did not turn up.

exactly! called the HDB and NPC so many times and yet it's plain as daylight that every time they go up they've got nothing to say or no confidence with what they've been told. even if they haven't been able to witness what we've for so long they should at least know how to be firm and remind them of the rules. instead they don't know what to say once those idiots deny everything. like they think we'd call them again and again for nothing serious enough. you serious? what were they doing visiting you at 5am?

Yes, the pain arse indian superintendent came with his platoon of useless police kakia to knock at our door at early morning 5 am and threatened to sue for offence. The sicko black hearted neighbours refuse to cooperate and police and HDB refused to help so we resort to exposing their bully against us by placing notes outside our house unit to tell people we are all bullied by these neigbours. That was our first time doing it and moreover it is right outside our unit not further away and stil they consider it an offence.
You know this yaya bloody hated indian superintentdent did not give any warning and want to make things difficult. Where is graciousness that PAP and their gang are preaching about?

when police ask them one will talk in loops dont answer your question direct, then the other opne at the side will interrupt interfere and distract eveyone involve to relive the one talking frm the situation.
police enquiry one problme they will not answer dircet then distract the police with another problem they have.

bloody hell, same thing here. wrote in to HDB and NPC only to have them ignore my messages. NPC only replied 2 times then conveniently abandoned me. HDB has already gone to the dogs. but can't complain anw, they're so 'cheap' and they're the common people's homes lol the kind of trash they allow to buy. just after midnight today someone else was hammering for quite a while. really pity the neighbours

according to gahmen news report, they can solve 70% through talking. what about the 30% that cannot resolve?
cases like those PRsheet noise so just be it lah?
maybe sometimes we have to solve the problems ourselves.
HDB has a set of rules and solutions in place for tackling such problem. but they just refuse to work accrding to it!
police and HDB everytime come up with new ways of their operating protocl like they make up stories when cannot settle the case.

relax everyone...live harmoniously... sometimes the nuisance may not be caused by the foreigners...locals too contribute to those disturbances. it just boils down to individual moral character to be considerate to others.
