Anyone has been to this place before? Thow kwang pottery jungle is a place located at Jalan Bahar, before Nanyang Technology University. It has been there for more than 40 years. However, it will no longer be there as JTC is building clean tech park. I think it's a waste to move away thow kwang pottery jungle. They have the oldest dragon kiln in singapore. Singapore is like a dot, but such meaningful and full of cultures place, why want to move them away?
i've been there for 2 times, totally love that place.
All land and sea in Sg is for redevelopment, nothing stay.
True but there's nosuch place in singapore like thow kwang anymore. Ever think about their hardwork they put into that place 40/50 years ago? i just feel it is pity to move that place.. i spoke to the owner and realise they are clueless where to go next. where to find such big place and even if one day they foiund a place, hows about the dragon kiln? it's built there years ago. and hows about the kampong house there? the family who stayed there for 40 years. well, it's my point of view.
in the name of development and 6.9mil, everything can change, historical or not.
change.
cheng hoo say want to move must move rite?
wat can we do?
"sit there"?
move them in the name of money. our govt = craze for money.
no money no talk where they are concerned. if you owe them money they will act like loanshark to chase after you.,
start a petition lor.

any use?
if no use we have those sign petition and this guy know what todo during GE2016.
they still clear Bukit Brown despite rich heritage petition, and soon Chek Jawa will be reclaimed under the new plan. what important is to grow the GDP with 6.9million people.
so that more cheenaland bastards and whores can cum here
omg! I'm living in my own world, I didn't know they are moving! Why do they want them to move when there are no other places to fire our clays now. money is certainly more important than the history of Singapore
can imort clay mah. its cheaper 'better'?, "faster' from china clays.
china clay.

That made sense, I read somewhere that says the dragon kiln only fires like twice a year. Without exporting and importing, doubt they can survive till now.
Thought that if we could fire our clay, there is more personal touch to it.=C
