Can I photoshop my NRIC photo?

  My regisration is this wednesday, but I look super ugly in the passport size photo, can i photoshop it to make myself look nicer?

  thanks, I am going to carry this nric for the next few years of my life

  can.. but make sure when you cross custom, the picture and you in real live are the same person
