Singaporeans need to stop taking things for granted, and start taking ownership in issues rather than asking for a solution from the govt everytime.

My friend got caught using his Handphone while driving recently by the TP. His handphone was confiscated immediately and he was told that he will be fined $200 and 12 demerit points. He was asked to wait for the letter from the TP and collect his handphone and pay fine. After a few days, he got the letter and went to the TP office to collect his HP n paid the fine.
The funny thing is, his hp was relatively new, iphone5s, however, after getting his phone from the TP, he realized that his phone battery kept running low and needed to recharge oftenly. We suspect that his hp battery had been changed! Also, he has been playing the game Candy crash, he remembered that the level that he didn't manage to complete was completed. He is very puzzled!!
