You be surprised where is the most easiest place for ICA to catch those illegal aliens and overstayers. ICA don't have to raid at the public places or construction sites to catch a bulk of illegal aliens. ICA just need to raid the lobby of MOM-WPSC at Tanjong Pagar Complex while the agents and the foreigners are awaiting for their work permits to be process....there are many rogue agents and illegal aliens there...right under the MOM noses. -
