  now an average 4 room flat (say as a starter) in not citi area is how much already? those property markets buy and sell and buy and sell until the rpices hit ove 200k and more already. bluff who? base on what loan interest rate HDB offering for first timers, and coulpes just wed need to buy a new flat each person on 30 years loan you know how much alredy per month? that excludes miscellanoeus expenses  and a basic home renovation on electrical wiring, kitech and other beasic house fittings.

   

  i feel gahmen is not doing enough for couples. on the laon portion. like that how to further help sgreans get married and have children?! of course if couples sell the flat later at high profits, gahmen can claim back those incentives given lah. in ths way, couples who genuinely want to buy a flat to live and saty should get all the aid and help gahmen an give to start a family.

   

  forget thos what stay near parents incentives lah what lah. stay near parents are parents gonna tale care of the children? all is maid take care 1 right? they give maid a cut of 50 bucks on levy!
