All the property agents and developers are giving different perspectives and prognosis on eday up next day down ...rubbish figures! Hopefully Khaw is not waiting for them to cue him in on the actual circumstances. He shoulds be able to forsee the demand and supply situation and the various immigration policies that will affect his ministry's planning . If he depends on these real estate vultures to givce him the right picture ......oh boy ! it'll be terrigible!

God, why would he quote Sengkang prices? nobody would want to live there willingly. If these prices apply for Toa Payoh or Bishan, then I'll agree that the prices have stabilised.

i look at the whole sum, after adding every cost.. like having dinner at a hotel..100 + 10 + 7= 117.. to u is sup sup water, i got to feed two or three person..

Not trying to nickpick but ...Techincally the GST is 7% of 100+10%service...
so not exactly 17%...
it shld be 100 + 10 + 7%of(100+10)
