  Mr Tan is right. My english no good. Maybe can considered S Pass holder workers earning at least $4,000 a month. The rest are disqualified from this schemes.

  Actually this is for show only lar, there are still alot of way to beat this game if you know how. One way, company hire both husband and wife, pay the husband 4-5 K to get the Epass, but hire the wife with 1K using DP (LOC) which is not restricted by the quota. This is legal as there such a pass in Singapore.

  It seen that you knew is a game. Can tell me whether the $2000/- income is purely based on 8 hours working day and 5 working days per week.

  
  The 2K income is base on fixed salary (without OT), cannot be more than 44 hrs per week (so can be 5 days/6 days) depend of the company. However there are still way to go about it, if you know how.
