  8000 people wrote a petition to the court to be lenient for that lady. She was supposed to be caned 3 times but she was not caned. Only jail and fined.

  yep, very redundant. Actually under penalty law, it is an offence to cane females, but this kind of crime must cane. Just that people wrote petition, then when she sex next time would be easier, cuz dont have rotan marks

  Can, but depends on the medical condition. Under the court book, a female can only be caned once with a 3 months difference at least.

  caning for vandalism was intially used to curb political sentiments along the streets. Sg is now so diff from the past. We have anti-pap sentiments all over the internet. Should we arrest and cane those 'internet vandals'?

  A lighter cane is not like those that sold in market,something that is used in school,thru clothing,still very painful.

  Women should get the cane exaclty the same as men. Fully nude bent over getting their buttocks split open with full force strokes.

  I think it's either offenders as a whole should be canned or not, regardless of genders.
