Recall the incident where a family of FT hijack a bus and when the police was call in, they still refuse to let the bus go, and the police can't do anything. End up, all the passagers were ask to change bus (not to mention the time that they waste), the FT family was given a free cab by the SBS. Then there cases when a FT refuse to pay a cab fare and the police was call in, the police just let the FT go free without even taking down the FT detail and tell the cab driver that he need to get a court order Even the police won't do anything if it involve FT, what you expect the Lesser Mortals to do. And please don't complain as the majority of the Singaporean had given the elites the mandate on this policy. After all the elites did claim in the past that they have the mandate of the singaporean. -

can you people hear what they were arguing about? or were anyone of you there at the scene? if not, then how do you know the foreigner was in the wrong? btw, if you listen carefully you can hear the PRC lady saying there are many empty seats why do you insist on sitting on the one i am having. and read the text that came with the video. someone who was at the scene explained its the old lady who was unreasonable.

if PAP stop the FT policy suddenyly, will it impact on the economy? will there be not enough workers for the various industries?

i bet if you are in her position you will stand up and let the unreasonable old lady have the seat, say thank you, buy her lunch and send her home too. -
When the FT is right or wrong it doesn't give her the right to raise her voice. When people raise their voice in an arguement it is usually to create intimidation. Look at the FT so aggressive, want to confront the old lady. So rude. Go home to china la
