Singapore office 1999 - 95% Singaporean
2004 - 85%
2007 - 75%
This is my personal experience at the Sg branch office. The trend is not going to stop. Key management position and core personells still retained Singaporeans and a handful of Malaysians while amlost of all low and mid level are now Indians(IT.. u guessed it) and Chinese(admin totally replaced by PRC) , accounts department also have a lot of hand in submitting recommendations, resulting in increase of FT's.
Many of the admin staff are spending more than they earn, substituted of course by thier parents from the mainland. :P
Life is surreal.

In Philippines some employers need to provide bread to the workers and a place to stay; rather pathetic as they can't afford the few pesos to go home.
