A five-day operation by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) has turned up more than $360,000 worth of drugs and led to the arrest of 78 people suspected of drug offences.
In the operation from April 9 to 13, multiple raids were conducted across the island including areas of Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Joo Chiat and Yishun.
One raid at a flat in Marsiling on Apr 10 found 300g of heroin and 5g of ice, valued at about $46,000. Two men aged 52 and 37, and one woman, 42, were arrested.
The younger man and woman have been charged for drug trafficking.
