SINGAPORE : An elderly man was found dead in his flat at 117 Ho Ching Road on Monday afternoon.
Neighbours said there was a foul smell from his unit, which is located on the fifth floor of the block.
It is believed that the man lived alone.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force discovered the body after prying open the door of the flat.
Police said that investigations are ongoing.
