SINGAPORE - A survey revealed that 66 per cent of Singaporeans are happiest with their current access to information of global news and trends.
Of the 200 respondents surveyed, young adults aged 18 to 29 years old were most satisfied at 72 per cent, showed the Grey Group survey. Those over 60 years old were just as satisfied at 71 per cent.
However, Singaporeans seemed most dissatisfied with the public transport system here with 35 per cent of them unhappy with its punctuality, according to The Straits Times.
Seniors above 60 years old made up the majority of this group, with 41 per cent of them dissatisfied with the public transport system.
Retail customer service ranked second worst with 33 per cent of respondents unhappy with current service standards.
The quality of Internet access in public spaces ranked third most unsatisfying with 27 per cent of respondents voicing their dissatisfaction.
The survey, conducted in June this year, measured Singaporeans' level of satisfaction across 15 areas, from the quality of healthcare to retail customer service.
i'm less than satisfied with the idiots running the Media Destruction Authority...
least happy with 60.1%
"unhappy with its punctuality"
That's like 10 times worse than breaking down and getting stuck for hours in the tunnel.
Sg Transport yearly increaing fares = bad service, not up to par (still dare claim they are world class) . My foot is laughing!
I most happy with the old style hawker food but many are vanishing.

The standard now is a far cry from my early days. In the old days Katong is the best place for satay, I like the one at Katong Park, along the beach at night.
If you want good satay, go JB. Very cheap, like RM0.60 per stick!
