He is hakka peranakan. That is different from hakka.
I think some peranakans also look down on hakka peranakans.

Without English, Singaporeans will not die, we will lose out. English is an international language, it has its importance. Having said this does not mean he can erode our dialect root and replace it with Mandarin. Mandarin can be a social or working language, it does not deserve to be placed on pedestal the way this evil destroyer is doing. He is full of crap when coming to sucking up to China, knn@!
